Many HOAs and condo associations are now using condo association loans as a way to cover lost condo fee income from foreclosures. Its a specialized loan the uses future rights of assessment as loan security.

We all know by now that most foreclosure prevention companies are doing what any homeowner can do themselves.

Stopping foreclosure is easy, if you know what to do.
